Need plants for your garden? Here’s where you can get some.

The BUDS Gardeners will be holding their annual Plant Bazaar at Charlie’s Alternators on Franklin Street and Park Avenue, DuBois, on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 from 10-5, and on Saturday, June 1 from 10-2.

All plants are raised and donated by the members to support the Street Pot program, the Monarch program and educational gardening programs throughout the year in the DuBois area. All plants are raised in paper pots so there is no plastic to damage roots or to dispose of.

The Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Jefferson County will be holding a plant sale on Friday, June 7, from 10-5, at the FUSION CAFÉ, 185 Main St, Brookville.

On Saturday, the Plant Sale will move to the Outdoor Education Center Gardens at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, I-80 & Rt. 28.  All plants are raised by Master Gardeners and are in paper pots for healthy root growth so there is no plastic to damage roots or to dispose of.  Proceeds will benefit the citizens of Jefferson County through the Master Gardener programs.
