State Police in DuBois file charges against a juvenile in a Falls Creek incident, announce another sobriety check point

A juvenile is facing charges following an incident in Falls Creek that occurred on June 2.
State Police in DuBois say the juvenile allegedly shot the victim in the leg with a .22 caliber air rifle. The charges include aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangering.

The Pennsylvania State Police have announced it will be conducting a sobriety check point in the Troop C, DuBois, area over the next 30 days.
