Kister named Reynoldsville Citizen of the Month

Theresa Kister was named the Reynoldsville Citizen of the Month for April at the recent borough council work session held on June 3.

Kister is co-owner of Mike’s BiLo in Reynoldsville along with her brother, Ed Gulvas. She and the Gulvas family were honored for their many years of community support.

Council was unable to make the presentation in April due to the COVID-19 quarantine. It has yet to name the recipients for May and June.
