Reynoldsville man facing charges

A Reynoldsville man faces charges in connection with an incident that occurred on Worth Street in the borough yesterday.

State police allege 24-year-old Charles Marshall gained access to a home he was not permitted to enter by forcing open a door and pushing one victim out of the way. He then threatened the victim and tried to gain access to a gun that was in a locked in a gun cabinet. When his mother tried to stop him, Marshall allegedly pushed her into the cabinet causing the glass on the door to break. He then gained access to the gun and tried to leave the residence.

Marshall faces numerous charges including burglary, theft, harassment, terroristic threats and criminal mischief. He is in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting arraignment.
