Toombs announces write-in campaign for Reynoldsville Borough Council
LeeAnn Toombs has announced that she is running a write-in campaign for Reynoldsville Borough Council.
Toombs and her husband Joe have been Reynoldsville residents since 1980. Their children, Erik and Justine, grew up in the borough and attended CG Johnson Elementary School.
In her announcement, Toombs said, “My goal as a council member is to encourage and improve communication between the borough council members and between the borough council members and the public; to represent the concerns of the citizens and to aide in the restoration of our police force.”
There are four council seats up for election on November 2. Council members Nichole Walk, Kyle Gordon, and Max Smith will be on the ballot. Darren Scolese has decided not to run for reelection.
