Sheri Price of Reynoldsville says she is humbled by the announcement that she was the DuBois Area Jaycee of the Year for 2018.

Price received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish Language from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She has been District Executive at the Bucktail Council of the Boy Scouts of America since 2015 but has been employed at the DuBois-based office since 2013.

Price joined the Jaycees in April 2017 and was inducted as Parliamentarian Advisor in July of the same year. She was elected into the same position for 2018 and also served as chairperson of the Jaycees Beverage Tent at the Red, White and Blueberry Festival in Reynoldsville.

“Being named Jaycee of the Year for 2018 is humbling, but is not slowing down my involvement,” she said.

In 2019, Price will be serving as the Vice President of Management for the DuBois Area Jaycees. She will also serve in 2019 as Secretary for the Pennsylvania State Jaycees alongside the State President Neil Hanes, who is also a member of the DuBois Area Jaycees.
