2019 ATV/UTV permits now available for Reynoldsville and Winslow Township

The Borough of Reynoldsville posted this recently on its Facebook page:

2019 ATV/UTV permits are now available. ATVs UTVs with this Permit you are allowed to use Reynoldsville Borough and Winslow Township roads. Permits can be obtained at the Reynoldsville Borough Maintenance Shed from
3:00-3:30 p.m., Mon.- Fri., or at Paradise Cycle during normal business hours.
To obtain a permit the following must be brought with you to one of the above locations:

-ATV/UTV
-Proof of Insurance 
-DCNR Registration
– $25.00 Permit Fee

Note:
***Machine must have working Tail Lights, Head Lights and Brake Lights.
***Machines using Reynoldsville Borough AND Winslow Township roads without a permit will be stopped by the police and a fine will be issued>
***ATVs and UTVs MUST follow traffic laws including following the speed limit.
***Careless/Reckless driving, failure to obey traffic laws will be cause for your permit to be revoked, and fines being issued.
***This permit does NOT permit you to ride on state roads or routes.
